– 2202817- Huntsville, ALCurrently offering a $3,000 Sign on BonusCurrently offering relocation packages!Principal ResponsibilitiesSafety advocate who is committed to identifying and reducing safety exposuresApproves catalytic slurry to coat based on lab analysis/part requirements and creates initial target and targeting folderDetermines solids and wet gain required to achieve catalyst part requirements during coatingDetermines and communicates dilution and additive requirements for slurry RTCRecords and analyzes slurry dataObserves manufacturing processes and recommends modifications and improvementsCommunicates effectively and collaborates for achievement with the following personnel and departments:Slurry prep to ensure that ready-to-coat slurry is available to coating operations as scheduledAnalytical Lab personnel on data discrepancies and/or sample prioritiesProduction Control Associates for coater scheduling of slurriesProcess Technicians for profiling of slurries and conditioningProcess Engineering to resolve issues with problematic slurries and lotsLogistics with the coordination of slurries using scheduling softwareInventory Analysts on getting batches approved, work orders for adjustments, and checking SAP variancesLogs samples in the SAP database and creates sample bottle labelsCross trains and backs up other personnel as needed, mandatoryCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You…Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
